I appreciated the location. It was super central. the staff was helpful, really going the extra mile. the breakfast was delicious (with a great variety of options).

our royal beautiful double room had a super comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the shower was amazing with great water pressure (a real treat after a long day of sightseeing!).

The breakfast selection needed improvement. It lacked variety. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the pastries tasted stale. The coffee machine was slow. A queue formed each morning. More fresh fruit options are necessary. The cooked items required more flavor and seasoning.

The location is very convenient , close to Charles Bridge. The staff offered a friendly and helpful service. The room was quite spacious , with good facilities for drying clothes. Breakfast was delicious , a great start to each day.
